1) Carefully read the Tenant Lease Application Instructions & Qualifying Criteria (PDF) to determine if you meet the basic (minimum) requirements and understand the conditions required to lease the property.
2) If yes, “submit” Tenant Lease Application Instructions online here OR download the pdf doc (see “Forms” below) and email to propertymanager@zeerealtyaustin.com. This form is required with your Lease Application.
3) Complete all steps in the Tenant Lease Application Instructions to submit your application, deposits etc.
